staff and location etc were good. plenty of food at breakfast, such as cereals, fruit and cheese. i got free upgrade and loved it. early check-in too. besides, parking was available nearby. clean and classy hotel in centro de merida district.

Good value compared to other properties, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and a generous breakfast was provided. Rooms were amazingly comfortable. Comfortable location within a walking distance of the shops and the markets. Again, it was not very far from main square...

Delicious breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable beds. Plus, distance to mercado santiago was only 1 km. Extra comfortable twin room with views of the garden.
